2. Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Any opened or used items are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of the products (i.e., pest control chemicals).
3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to safety and regulatory reasons, the following products are non-refundable:
Opened or partially used rodenticides.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
Products purchased on clearance or sale.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and inform you if your item is eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Processing Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@rodenticidescanada.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange based on stock availability.
Exceptions
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
