Eligibility for Returns:

Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Perishable items, hazardous materials, and certain rodenticides may not be eligible for return due to safety regulations.

We do not accept returns on items that have been partially used or damaged after delivery, except if the product was defective or damaged during shipment.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@rodenticidecanada.com or call 450-501-4848 with your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is in acceptable condition, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Exceptions:

Non-returnable items: Items such as custom orders, opened rodenticides, or products classified as hazardous materials cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
