Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon 14 days written notice to the other party.

Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or the services provided hereunder, except for damages caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the Company.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this agreement.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Waiver: A waiver of any right under this agreement shall only be effective if in writing and signed by the party waiving such right.
